Great customer service

The specific location is really challenging: it shares a parking lot with at least 4 or 5 other businesses so parking is extremely limited. There are only 2 designated spots for Cubesmart customers. Many of the storage units have massive 1.5’ x 1.5’ poles in them that make the units not true to size. (My 10’ x 5’ unit had a square 1-2 feet taken out because of the pole.) It’s extremely disingenuous that that wasn’t mentioned when I made the reservation - that should be much clearer so people get what they think they’re paying for

You bait and switch. Get in at a price then raise it a few months later. You know everything is moved in and it would be a pain to move it again.

From first to last, my inquiry into renting a space at Cube Smart in Biddeford was pleasant and informative. First of all, a representative was available to speak with me in person. I told him what I needed and he asked all the right questions before showing me a space that is both appropriate and affordable. And then he was patient in explaining all the details of the contract, the access, etc. I cannot give enough kudos for receiving this treatment, especially during a stressful time of moving.

you can’t advertise for a 10x10 then have a gigantic column in the middle of the unit. Thats NOT a 10x10. People rent based off of what they have and strategize how big of a unit they need. I’m lucky I got majority of my belongings to fit but I need the additional space. Not only ground space but the vertical space too. It’s ridiculous. Also the door ways open wrong so you run right into a railing. Either adjust the railing or switch the way the door opens so people can actually get through the door easily.
