I would recommend CubeSmart but with the caveat that monthly rent may be expensive. I was finishing sweeping the floor at about 6:01 p.m. on the date I moved out which was the day before my next month's rent was due. Your representative on due at that time was leaving and saw that my movers were still there yet he wasn't courteous enough to see whether we were finished or even inquire how near finished we were. I think it's unfair not to have a grace period equal the time you close your office to the time you close your customers access to the storage unit. You charged a prorated fee for the first day of the next rental period. You certainly couldn't have rented the unit to a new customer between 6:00p.m. and the next morning. I'm sure you want to make a profit, but your rental fee increased too frequently for me.

The people were friendly, it was clean, close to my house, and a great price for the big unit I had.

The temp controlled space could use a little ramp to make it easier for dolly access. Also the stone sidewalk is hard with a dolly. My items kept falling off when I’d hit the bumps/cracks. The staff was always kind though.

The day I went, which was scheduled, the young man on duty had the door locked and told me he was going to be in a meeting. Only when I insisted did he agree to get me registered and set up. Then the gate code didn’t work with the code he gave me so he used his admin code to get the gate open. Otherwise things worked as expected

Restored units are dirty and have bugs why we went to a different CubeSmart to begin with

Everyone real nice. But you raised the rates twice inside a year.

The employees were amazing and assisted me quickly. I also got was given a military discount which I very much appreciate. Additionally, the storage unit is close to the base and is very convenient for me to move my stuff.
