First cube smart changed my monthly rental unit amount without notification, how can you change the amount without me signing for a change. Secondly, you pay in advance for the coming month, well I moved out 19 days early and no refund for the unused portion of the unit.

Very easy to reserve online...great autopay with app.Spot was clean and easy to drop off and store my RV .Staff knowledgeable and easy to reach when I had questions.

Price increases over the years were outrageous. It seems every month the price went up. I started out paying $118 and it went all the way up to $274.

Very polite staff that is eager to assist. Easy access to unit. Climate controlled, clean, pest free and secure. Rates are affordable and move out was easy and seamless. Oh, and the app works wonderfully!
