I rented both of my units on Thursday, March 26, 2026. I have some issues and have requested multiple call backs from the district manager but have yet to receive a call back. There is also no employee working at the Bloomfield CT location which I rented from and customer service has not been helpful either in addressing any if my questions or concerns.This has been a horrible experience and the lack of attention to customer service is really awful. There is no one to speak to at any time and no one returns calls.

I like the facility but it has some leakage problems. I also think k it’s a little pricey.

The clerk was very helpful and efficient. Current pricing for the unit was reasonable.A positive experience all around.

Then process is too cumbersome, the payment methods were terrible and communication with management was bad.

The facility is great and the customer service is always exceptional!
