The location was easy to access. They provided Dollie’s to move my stuff to the storage facility. The place is well maintained and clean.

A manager changed my email and phone number on my account, I was unable to sign in online or verify myself over the phone. Was charged a late fee and a lock out fee for a bill I couldn’t pay because I was locked out! Also the office is literally NEVER OPEN! No one ever reached out to me to give me a credit for the charges I incurred because of their negligence.

We came from out of state and given the wrong key in the office. When were were trying to enter the unit and discovered the issue there was no staff available for 2 days - even during posted office open hours.

The employees were very helpful and polite.

I was disappointed to find a pillar and a water pipe inside the storage space. I'd be paying for part of the room that I couldn't use because of the lost space.

There was no one on site on Wednesday when we mixed stuff in and had an issue.We loaded up one of your carts with a fridge and some other things only to have it tip over and everything fell off! There were only 3 wheels on the cart!!!
