I was disappointed to find a pillar and a water pipe inside the storage space. I'd be paying for part of the room that I couldn't use because of the lost space.

There was no one on site on Wednesday when we mixed stuff in and had an issue.We loaded up one of your carts with a fridge and some other things only to have it tip over and everything fell off! There were only 3 wheels on the cart!!!

I rented both of my units on Thursday, March 26, 2026. I have some issues and have requested multiple call backs from the district manager but have yet to receive a call back. There is also no employee working at the Bloomfield CT location which I rented from and customer service has not been helpful either in addressing any if my questions or concerns.This has been a horrible experience and the lack of attention to customer service is really awful. There is no one to speak to at any time and no one returns calls.

I like the facility but it has some leakage problems. I also think k it’s a little pricey.

It was very clean and save
