I am discontinuing my service due to the ongoing lack of affordability, lack of flexibility, and poor customer service at the specific facility I rented from. Over time, fees continued to increase without proper notice, and I was charged for a month in which I did not use the unit and was not refunded.I also requested a callback regarding these concerns last week and never received a response. The lack of communication and accountability has been disappointing and unprofessional.At this point, the experience reflects a business model that appears more focused on collecting fees than providing quality service or maintaining customer relationships. I have since found another storage facility with significantly better customer service and professionalism. Frankly, I would rather pay more for a company that values its customers and operates with transparency and responsiveness.

I would have continued to rent from you if you hadn’t raised the rent, and by a substantial amount. This smacks of opportunism, and a company which is taking advantage of people who may not have any other options. I doubt there was any reason for the price increase other than corporate greed, and with consumers facing substantial price increases for gas, food, utilities, etc, it was awful timing, and a “screw you” attitude.
