I dont think its right that i had to pay for an entire month. I paid for January, but closed out this account yesterday 1/12. This was my son’s storage unit- he passed away 2 weeks ago suddenly . Fair? I think not!

It was so easy to sign up for a storage unit online and when I went to load it up, everything went smoothly. The unit was very clean upon check-in and getting a lock was super helpful to have. I only needed the unit short term and even the move out process was easy!
