I had stored my car there since November. I had planned on leaving it there longer, however, I received notice that the monthly rate was being raised by app. 40.00/month. Since CubeSmart decided to get greedy and change the rules in the middle of the game, they went from getting app. 140.00/month (which they made money on) to zero.

I dont think its right that i had to pay for an entire month. I paid for January, but closed out this account yesterday 1/12. This was my son’s storage unit- he passed away 2 weeks ago suddenly . Fair? I think not!
