I have been with Cube Smart for three years so far. I use their storage when my daughter is at school so she can store her stuff over the summer. For the three years they’re always very helpful and accommodating. I’ve never had any problems with my my daughter Daughter’s stuff in storage. For two years, I use a certain location and that manager left so I changed to a different location. Due to a manager, not being as helpful. But the new location was great manager was nice. And unfortunately, this will be my daughter’s last time with stuff in storage. The storage units are clean even the last one there was no climate control., But I just put a damp red in there and everything was fine. Overall, I had a good experience with Cube Smart.

I rented a storage unit for the past 7 years. Never had a problem and was happy when I lost my keys and your customer service person was able to remove the lock very quickly.
