The unit is relatively new yet it is the people that make the facility exceptional. The manager is outstanding.

The office staff were extremely helpful.

The attendants, Julia and Hakeem are a pleasure to work with. They are very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable .

Awesome front desk staff

Juliea and Hakeem were the best but the DM Kent Jones was incompetent and not useful at all. I pulled up and there was truck there. The parking lot was awful. I spoke to Kent and not one time did he say we can do this for you or can we do this. I told him I would send him a picture Of what the parking lot looked like and he told me no need to send it because he knows what his parking lot looks like. How rude. When I am done using this facility I want use this place ever again not recommend it.

Fantastic customer service from Hakeem!!There was an issue with access to the facility after hours, but Hakeen was able to get that resolved and followed up with me to explain what happened and also apologized.
