Marie at the front desk was incredibly helpful. Units are very clean.

The storage was very clean. Very easy to reserve.

Although the space served a safe and secure purpose, the increasing rent was a thorn in my side.

The GM at the store was very helpful and nice

Clean facilities. I was a customer for 15 years , the units never had issues with any kind of infestation. Never liked how the price went up so fast despite never being late on a payment. Marie saved the day, as I called before flying into town to confirm I would have access as certain areas of the site were having the pavement resurfaced. She said I would be ok as I was in the main building. Next day when I got there the contractors had blocked the entrance and were indeed preventing me from using the garage as planned. She let me park in the front where I was then guided me to go through and get to the garage for a cart and then to my unit. It worked, although the construction added at least 45 mins to my load out. And I was driving back to NJ same day. But Marie was there to help and it meant the world. She is the main reason I’m giving you a 9.

Monthly price of a basic 10 x 20 cube, not heated, was increased over $50 in one year. I choose not to afford these price hikes when I can get an intro price for $50 less not far from my home.

Overall, everything was great. It was easy to move in and to move out, the people I've talked to we're all very nice and accommodable. The thing is the rates kept going up alot. I understand inflation. When I first started paying there, I paid $178 a month. Then it went up to around $200 a month. Then it was $211 a month the last few months. And then it was going to go up to almost $240 a month.

Clean facility and the onsite GM is terrific and accomodating.
