Easy process, prices were okay

Super clean, easy access (indoor loading dock), and pleasant helpful facility staff, relatively straightforward contracting and move-in process. Took off two points for the unfortunate, yet predictable, 30% increase in monthly rent (after my first 4 months). I suspect this tactic is not unique to CubeSmart.

Both Nate at Downers Grove and Kate at Bolingbrook were excellent at facility tours and explaining pricing. I am very happy with my unit selection and look forward to sharing my experience with family and friends.

Facility is clean. Like that it is climate controlled. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Do wish a refund was offered for unused portion of monthly rent
