I've been a customer for many years, during which my rent has constantly increased, to the point that I was paying 3 times the walk-in rate for an identical unit. I tried several times to lower the rate through discussions with your managers, but all I ever accomplished was holding off an increase for a while. I believe that this is your business model, where loyal, long-term customers are treated to a "take it or move" edict. Well, I moved - to another company -, even through it was a hardship for me and my family. My score reflects my opinion, and that of my extended family, of your company and operation.

My circumstances took a total change immediately after renting. I’m extremely grateful that the GM allowed me to cancel. Due to the understanding of my personal situation, I would definitely use cube smart if ever needed.
