The facility managers were very nice and welcoming. The storage unit itself was very clean and overall well maintained. Best of all it was at a very affordable price even with all these great qualities.

Dissapointed that the price increased soon after moving in and was due to increase again. When trying to downsize, it wasn’t worth it. Aggravated that one or both elevators were out of order several times. The entrance gate was left open overnight for several weeks. Bathroom was often not maintained.

Great customer service

The constant increases in fees the accidental close out of my unit by a employee upset me greatly had to restart like a new customer to get it fixed which increased me so not fair to me when the employee messed up !

I just moved to the Allentown area. I randomly chose CubeSmart to store our overflow till we got things settled. I’m so glad I did. Easy access, no hassle, climate controlled. It was a great choice. I highly recommend this facility.
