Great customer service

The constant increases in fees the accidental close out of my unit by a employee upset me greatly had to restart like a new customer to get it fixed which increased me so not fair to me when the employee messed up !

I just moved to the Allentown area. I randomly chose CubeSmart to store our overflow till we got things settled. I’m so glad I did. Easy access, no hassle, climate controlled. It was a great choice. I highly recommend this facility.

I had a great experience at this CubeSmart location. The facility was clean and well-maintained every time I visited, and having dollies available made moving items in and out a lot easier. The location manager was attentive and responsive, which I really appreciated — any question I had was answered quickly and professionally.It’s a storage facility, so I’m not expecting luxury amenities, but they delivered exactly what I needed: secure access, a tidy space, and staff who were on top of things. Overall, a smooth and hassle-free experience.
