The unit is very clean/secure

Although not the most inexpensive I am giving a 9 because I experienced having to move out of the one because of being inconvenienced. The lock was getting jammed so the attendant realized I had to move to a different unit. He was very polite and took his time helping me. Even offered me the dust pan which I had swept out the unit.

The primary reason for my high rating is the excellent service we received from the manager. She was detailed, patient, and thorough in explaining the services and contract, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The only reason I didn’t give a perfect 10 was the restroom cleanliness—it was noticeably below expectations and detracted from an otherwise great experience.

Jordan and Cheyenne at the Bordentown NJ facility have been extremely helpful and pleasant. Always available to help with any questions or concerns. The facility is very clean and the location is very secure.

Would have been a 10 but the elevators seemed to be out quite a bit as of late. The carts were a nice feature, sorry people must have created issues and they had to be put away.

The customer service was great.
