Divisive rental raises. Disgusting and filthy at entranceways to facility . Hallways not illuminating. No carts or dollies available for use .

It's the closest self storage for East Boston residents. Facilities are clean, staff is friendly and helpful. Easy access. I'd give a 10 but CubeSmart ups the prices on rental units too frequently and by large amounts.

I love the connivence and the initial welcoming nature of the facility. However, I was assigned a unit and it was not ready on move in day ( it was already occupied by someone.) I had to be reassigned after calling and I already paid for it
