Positive because I never had any issues with payments, etc. The storage unit was clean and relatively dust-free when I moved out. No signs of insects, humidity damage or anything like that. So that was great.Minus 1 (-1) point because during my texting with your customer support person (when I was ready to move out), I couldn't never get the last 4 digits of my driver license right so I couldn't get any information from her at all. It was so frustrating and she really didn't seem too interested in helping When I called to talk to someone in person, I got a great customer service rep who instantly gave me alternative ways to prove my identity. The "texting" agent could have done the same thing. TLDR: texting customer service rep was not very good, frustrating, waste of time. Telephone customer service rep was great.

FIRST of all it was a convenient location.SECOND, with easy access. Third, all the members of the Lincoln st. team were very professional and friendly.The stored objects were moved into a smaller unit since originally the items belonged to two different people, one of which has since completed her inventory and repatriated he belongings...

You Guys gave a good price for the unit initially, which was competitive with others (U-haul, etc.), but increased the rent over time, while the new customers still get the best prices. That was deliberately tricking and cheating the customers. Really bad. I would NOT recommend you guys to anyone and will let others know your bad business practices.

i have been trying to close this unit. I left some trash in the unit, and left my keys at office.the manager said i have to remove trash. but asking for a new set of keys - i have not received a new set of keys in a year. I have been paying for this unit, not using it and trying to get into it to remove the trash.This is ridiculous that nobody responds. It is really really bad.

I was charged for a lock even though I told the person on the phone that I already had a lock from previously using CubeSmart. Furthermore, there wasn’t even a lock in the unit when I moved in so I got charged $30 for nothing.

The rent rate increases were absurd. My monthly rate increased from $86/month to $320/month. In addition, the building has rodent problems (there were often mouse droppings in my unit), and the large access doors were often broken.
