The whole entire process of setting up a unit and getting in was SO easy. The facility was clean and really above my expectations!

Very well-run facility. Great staff, good communication. The fact that management changed while I was a customer and the rehearsal studios were allowed to stay is the first thing I mention when friends ask about my experience.

I feel that you charged too much. And it escalated in a very short period of time.

CubeSmart has become too expensive over the years. I found another facility offering the same size unit for half the price—and it’s nicer.Also, there should be a dumpster and recycling available specifically for paying tenants. Set clear restrictions (no furniture, electronics, flammable items, etc.), or have staff monitor it during office hours to uphold policy and lock it after hours. At the very least, provide a recycling option for broken-down boxes and plastic storage bins. Peace out ✌🏽.

Jeff and Charles walked me thru both my storage spaces as well as my rehearsal space, that I ended up renting due to their great customer service. I was impressed with the newly remodeled spaces and clean facilities as well. I rented during old management back in the day. I’m glad smart cube is managing the facilities now.
