I called in advance to say I was moving out and was still charged even though I moved out. It takes too long to get answers so I'll let my credit card company handle this. I had the space for almost twenty years

I like the facility and had good customer service and before my rent went up really higher than I wanted to pay. I enjoyed the facilities very much.

Easy and convenient. The man who runs the storage unit is super friendly and helpful. Always plenty of parking and carts to use. Good hours.

1. Excellent service from the office staff (Charles), who went out of his way to find us a large storage unit and find us discounts for the larger unit.2. Plenty of carts to help move our boxes and furniture.The only small issue we noticed was that there were cars parked in front of the entry that made it difficult for us to unload our moving truck. Perhaps signs should be placed outside the loading doors indicating that the parking spots outside those doors are only for loading or unloading.
