I found access to building very confusing with all the doors and numbers. Only one area with a ramp so we had to use stairs. And we had heavy boxes.

The facility is well-managed and reasonably priced for its location in Boston.

Easy to get to, ample parking. Multiple elevators. On Sept 1-2, there weren’t enough dollies though. The space was clean, well lit, and safe. The office was closed at sporadic points but I called the phone line and got immediate service.

Everything was done so smoothly. Amazing space and extremely convenient as well. Will definitely use this storage facility again when needed!

The customer service representative Jeff has been very helpful and responsive to any issues or concerns and questions about the recent transition to Cube Smart going forward! I feel good about Cube Smart with Jeff running the operation day to day !
