I was invoiced after moving out and it made me concerned, especially when I got a late fee. I had to call the office for them to tell me to ignore it. I feel bad for the people who would have actually paid it.

hiked the price on me with no warning while I was out of the country. Generally scummy practices, also the freight elevator wasn't working one of the times I tried to get things out of the unit.
