The rate at which CubeSmart raises its monthly fees is unacceptable. I was a loyal CubeSmart customer for many years before this latest rental, and I was very surprised at how quickly the company increased the promo rate over 18 months. In addition, despite this loyalty CubeSmart doesn’t negotiate rates at all, which is not the case with other storage facilities that I spoke with (and decided to use).

It was easy to set up my account and get in and out of the unit. The items that I stored were in the condition that I expected

He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient, taking the time to explain all my options and making the entire process smooth and stress free. His customer service truly stood out and made a big difference. Highly recommend!

I got a really good price. There is no climate control and no light that I could find. I don't care about the cold, but I can't see in the unit. The hall lights are only in front of every other unit.

We’ve been customers for 5 years. We manage a seasonal business that requires us to have storage nearby for inventory. We know there are choices but I would not change a thing. CubeSmart at 150 has everything other storage facilities have but they don’t have Cathy - she and her staff are the best. We have a lot going on during our season and Cathy is the easiest part of the things. Who knew such an otherwise impersonal as storage had a heart of gold? (We have a unit here 365 days a year for equipment, but lease 2 other big ones for our season)
