The price was doubled within 3 months!!!!The storage space was dirty, and not easily accessible. Our location was closing by 3pm on a Sunday!!! When do they expect people to have time to visit their storage space during the weekdays???

I am familiar with this location because my friend uses it. so when I needed sirae it was only right I got there. Super friendly staff, helpful and very professional.

Customer service at that location needs major improvement. The Caucasian girl w/Glasses is the only employee you should retain, she was great.

The individuals I worked with were Robert and Jackie. Robert handled the reservation and clearly explained how everything worked. Jackie completed the onboarding process; she was very friendly, informative, and walked me through the entire process again while checking for any applicable discounts.My experience here was excellent. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and very well managed.
