You’ve been very helpful and responsive over the years. With extra help on little things like identifying a wasp I certain and taking care of it while I was out of the country, helping me downsize to a smaller unit, and taking care of some trash I couldn’t.

The space was sold as "climate controlled", which was a stretch. It was "swamp cooled" -- which does make it cooler than the outside temperature in summer, but it was over 80 degrees F, which is not what one expects for a climate controlled price.When I asked about this after I had already moved in, nothing was done, nor did a call back (that the rep had said would be forthcoming) ever happen.Ultimately, the space wasn't really as advertised and customer service poor. I won't be recommending this facility.

The location is ideal for me. The staff is consistently helpful. I recently was assisted by Adam who helped me on 2 different occasions. He was knowledgeable, kind and patient. It is easy enough to gain access to the storage units. They are old units but available in different sizes which meet my needs for storage.

I had a good experience. My property was safe and secure and staff was reachable and supportive.

The people at the Pearl Street, Boulder site were super friendly and helpful. The only reason it is not a 10 is because when I first called, I had difficultly getting through to the people at that specific site (rather than the more general corporate folks).

First, it was quite easy to rent the storage back in May. Second, Easy in and out to the storage unit itself. Third, the staff was very helpful and friendly.

We had no problems during the time we used the storage unit. We felt the security codes to enter and leave were a great idea. The rent was very reasonable and we had it on autopay so I didn't have to remember to pay it. We had a good experience all the way around.

Secure facility. Well monitored and maintained. Highly recommended for anyone looking for self storage.
