Contactless set up was great. I think perhaps giving the gate code in an email is better but I figured it out through the app and “gate code” was pretty clearly though so I was able to get in. I loved that the lock was ready in my unit. The two front desk ladies are very kind as well

I really do feel that your organization did a bait and switch. You gave me a teaser rate then increased your rate exponentially on me. Not fair. Take a look at the BBB reports on your company fleecing the public. SHAME ON YOU!!!

Love that it’s climate controlled and you can go anytime, day or night. It’s clean and there’s even a rest room.
