Because your Facility have an Employee that doesn’t like and Can’t Deal with People. It’s Always Extremely Rude. I’ve Complained several times Including with Two Differents Supervisors there and Nothing has been done. And I had to swallow that Employee Nesty Attitude and Control myself not to get in Trouble.Ps. Coincidentally 3 Customers Complained about that Employee. You guys must to take Action, Before someone take an action against your Company. This is my Honest Feedback.

The service was easy, personable, informative, fast… The building looked well maintained. My space and elevator were clean. The only criticism is that for being a climate controlled storage facility this Cube facility was still too warm despite the weather being in high 70s, while another facility I had a room in was very cool even in the 90s. I hope it changes because we have the rest of the summer with high temperatures.

The place was horrible. Spend over $20k storing items in 2 units over three years and everything in the u it’s was destroyed by mice and rodents. Even had traps and bait stations and it didn’t matter. Have been using storage units for over 30 years and this is the first place to have such a bad infestation.

The facility was very good - clean, easy to access, organized well and was convenient. The only issue was the significant price increases (now 2x more expensive).

It is close to the place I am moving to . I got the unit at a discounted price that I can afford to pay. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Facility was always clean including the restroom, I felt very safe there, good security, great staff, very accommodating.
