I’m leaving CubeSmart after being a loyal customer because the facility has gone downhill in both cleanliness and management. The building is consistently dirty — the floors and elevators look like they’re never cleaned, and there’s a constant unpleasant smell. Despite these poor conditions, my rent kept going up again and again.What’s worse, the back entry door was left open for several days due to “repairs,” leaving the entire facility exposed to theft, rodents, and other problems. That shows a serious lack of concern for customer property and safety.I expected better maintenance, security, and appreciation for long-term customers. Very disappointed in how this location has been run.
