I was with CubeSmart for several years. I had recommended this company to my family. I had to take my things out because this is one of the most expensive storages. This storage don't have the air condition on and my brothers furniture and his things had mold.Regarding the staff Ana she gives great service. She keeps the place clean and she is very helpful.

Price gouging. 50%+ increase in monthly rate over 15 months .

A small unit went from $74 per month in 2019 to over $225 in 2026 - over a 200% increase with zero change or difference in service, product, space, etc.

The people that worked at the last location were fantastic accommodating my needs. Having pets and having to deal with the stress they go through when moving, and having caring people that understand and are whilling to help makes a big difference.
