There were time the temperature was warmer than it should be and once the AC was broken and customers were not notified. Also too many price increases without valid justification.

I was happy with the storage space and the initial money that I was paying for it. But to receive a rate hike of over $20 a month seemed crazy. I was thinking of emptying my storage anyway, but that definitely put me over the top.
