They were very accommodating, and friendly. Alhtough when I returned on a holiday, the unit was warm. This location is in South Florida, and although there is a temperature control, perhaps there could be adjustments. My last experience with Cubesmart was that they did not have the cooling on and due to that, I have bottles of hairproduct that expanded and became unstable. I was never reimbursed for it. I really do not want this to happen here.
