This facility is close to my home. The gentleman in the front office was always very helpful.

Easy to deal with and friendly.

Cube Smart has a number of convenient locations, and the staff are tremendously helpful. The interior air-controlled units are terrific. Unfortunately, the outdoor uncooled units are roach and mouse infested and a bit nasty. We had a reasonably good experience with the first outdoor unit we used but most of our stuff was in plastic bins or on metal shelves. Our second outdoor unit was vermin infested. It would have been fine for items only stored in plastic bins or for closed vehicles. It was not good for furniture or cardboard boxes. Regardless, we would certainly use Cube Smart for air-controlled storage or outdoor vehicle storage again in the future.

Less hassle when setting up the storage account, the staff was very helpful and very nice informative. He assisted with carrying some of my stuff and gave all of relevant information about canceling the storage term.

I was very dissatisfied with how your insurance company operates. I paid for the policy and when I needed assistance, I received no help. They took a long time to respond and didn't pay much attention to my case.

The facility and grounds are clean, well maintained and managed. Great location easy and quick to navigate through on line system.The staff was knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful.
