Sarah professional and helpful. However, your elevator was out of order for a while last year and I have a walking handicap making it difficult to use other elevators to gets to me unit. Because of this I could not access my unit easily. Have a tight money situation and the raise in rental costs was a concern to me. I had donate stuff to be able to move into more affordable unit. I know you have empty units and have to run at a profit but there are cheaper units closer to our apt. in Lantana/Lake Worth area. Hopefully, my smaller unit will stay this price for a while.

I just signed up for another storage unit and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The woman who assisted me was incredibly pleasant, quick, and welcoming — she always has a smile and makes the process easy. Excellent customer service every time!

The woman that works in the office overcharged and misled me several times through my rental experience never gave credit for a lock that I did not need on my second unit and charge me double price I have rented from you years before and came back because it was great customer service but the customer service that I received this time around would make me say I will not store there again But the customer service that I received this time around would make me say I will not store there again

The staff was horrible. Customer service terrible. From the beginning at move in to move out the service was terrible. We hated it and it was the biggest waste of money and time we have ever spent. I will not only not recommend CUBESMART. I will TELL EVERYONE AND SCREAM IT FROM THE MOUNTAIN THAT NO ONE SHOULD USE OR STORE AT CUBESMART EVER!!!!
