In the 2 years I had my unit the price was raised to over double the original. Rent price was upped on at least 4 occasions. Thats just way too much.

The staff is always very helpful and nice when I have questions or need help. The facilities is always clean and having access at all times is very convenient.

Would have been higher. However, being charged additional to access my vehicle whenever I need is crazy to me…

Pricing system is a scam

the units are fine, clean and bug free. The ladies restroom is NOT. Toilet paper rolls on floor, no paper towels and filthy ring in toilet (I took a picture then decided to forget it).The manager was friendly enough and well informed. Not overly concerned when elevator was broken for unacceptable time. I walk with cane and couldn't use the other entrance easily.I left because of unacceptable increase. I understand a raise in rentals but your percentage was upsetting.

Building is clean, climate controlled, secure, and well lit. Staff is great and very helpful! Thomas assisted me in choosing my unit, and made the leasing process very easy!

Location is very convenient for us. Price is the market.BUT, a Class A RV requires 2 people to enter and exit, key fobs or barcode readers would be better.We have space RV1, the curb there requires us to park to the very far left so to allow for space our automatic step. Gouges in the curb show previous RVs had the same issue. Parking so close to space RV2 helps us but limits access for our neighbor.
