Moved to Melbourne in Florida

Just rented the space, so I wouldn't be a good judge to recommend anything at this point. However the the rental process was simple, the leasing person was polite and helpful and made the experience stress-free.

The staff has always been exceptional. We were there many years, I think 10+. Over the years the facilities were not kept clean, the floors look unkept. The temperature was not being kept cool enough and items coming out of storage were beginning to smell. And the rent has gotten too high.

They were both incredibly helpful, patient, and kind throughout the entire process.Even though we arrived a little late due to the rain and traffic they waited for us and stayed after office hours to make sure my mom was fully checked in and comfortable using her new storage unit. Scott went above and beyond, personally helping with the access code and making sure everything worked perfectly before he left.Their professionalism and genuine care made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find customer service like this these days. We truly appreciate their dedication.
