Every store manager is so efficient and very professional and helpful. The customer service representative are exceptional. I have never received such excellence in my 45 years of working in Customer service or as an Administrative or Assistant or working in Human Resources. The most prompt return calls ever. I hope your CEO is aware of this.

I was able to do everything online and not worry about getting to the office before they closed. Got my access code and unit number and was able to find my unit with their online map. Plus the lock and keys were in the unit as promised already partially open and appreciated, because the packaging on those things are hard to open without scissors

Even though there are stains in both units I am renting.. they are clean. The facility is clean.The staff is polite. Like that there are cameras outside.I think there should be cameras inside also. ( don’t see any on the inside)

Clean facility.

The facility was poorly maintained, the staff was no responsive -if they were even there, people were allowed to live in units - and when we complained about it we were told that nothing could be done because it was a free month, people operated their business in their units (one such person caused damage to our unit) and the staff ignored it, and so many other reasons.

The climate control isn't very cool

Staff was polite, gave a break down about the 3 month lower price then it can go up if you don’t pay for a year. Everything was clear in the office. The storage unit does have some kind of mechanic fluid on the floor. It does look like somebody tried cleaning it up, but didn’t know how to.. I will have somebody that is a mechanic look at it and see if we can clean it up for you guys. The overall experience has been great.

In the 3 years that I had that storage unit, it raised the prices on me over four times.

Anthony gave us all the information we needed. He was pleasant, clear, thorough and answered all our questions. He guided us on the size of space we needed. It was a pleasant and concise visit which allowed us to make a decision right then.
