Professional conduct

Erika & Elizabeth are wonderful! While moving in unit, we observed them (different days) working hard - both in the office and throughout the storage areas. They made themselves available if we had any questions or concerns.

From beginning utilizing Cube Smart (08/2023, Cortez-Bradenton, FL), until the day relinquishing (08-27-25), STAFF could not have been better - truly amazing! Deana began, Erika took over, and Elizabeth joined recently. Occasionally, some fellows are there, but have not interacted with them much; however, I know they do a good job. The place is always clean, no foul odors, temperature just right, and electronics work for the most part. No issues in the 2 years renting. However, the price increases triggered re-evaluation and cost benefit analysis. Many compliments for Erika!as shes
