The office management,,,man, was ALWAYS helpful, courteous and knowledgeable.Answered all the questions I had, and showed me the locker locale, along with exits, carts, supplies if needed.

Clean facilities inside and out. Temperature controlled. No signs of pest activity, not even spider webs after nearly 2 years of storage.

During my experience, my unit was broken into from the top wire.There have been homeless people living in the units at one point or another.Mostly i have had a decent experience but safety is key.

This was my 2nd experience and was very happy. Very happy with the facility. It's safe and clean and very convenient. Also Erica in the office is outstanding.
