because I have been a client for quite some time now. I went to make a payment and I overheard a guy says he was looking for a big size storage unit. T he Cubesmart secretary told him that they are running a special right now. The customer stated that he wanted a big storage unit. The secretary told him that a 15" x 34" storage unit will cost him $40 a month. I heard that and I really got frustrated. The unit I had was half of that size and I was paying almost 4 times that amount and the unit he was purchasing was 2 times the size of the 1 I was renting. Every since I has been a customer of Cubesmart I have NOT gotten any deals of any sort. Just price increases on everything. My unit was vandalized when Cubesmart have some company install new locks. I tried to call Cubesmart Claims twice, all I got was a voicemail. I will NEVER tell my friends or anyone to rent a storage unit from Cubesmart.

It is the second time that I rented through Cube Smart Self Storage. I have started with a parking space for my trailer and now I have rented a unit 10x20. The process was very easy and I was assisted by the youg gentlemen at the office.I will reccomended Cube Smart Self Storage to my friends.

The process online to reserve the parking space for my trailer at Cube Smart was very easy.I went to the place and I could check the parking space I reserved. Everything looks like I needed. I finalized the contract in the office the same day. All the paperworks were done fast .I definitely recommend Cube Smart Self Storage to my friends.
