You have increased my rate over 100% in 4 years which is way beyond the rate of inflation. I moved to a 5x5 unit from a 5x10 unit at a 90% reduction in cost. I don't know how you justify your pricing but I suggest you re-evaluate it .I would love to hear from the decision makers that make these decisions

Something in the office has changed The staff has always been friendly and helpful No issues there However, recently, all of the American flags were removed, as well as the lovely plants that were a nice homey touch. Now everything seems cold and sterile, almost uncomfortably so. Also, what happened to the chairs? I and others can’t just stand around while waiting for our turn It takes a lot of time to do that job correctly Did The Chinese buy the business OR WAS IT THOSE AMERICA HATING CANADdians?

Charged me when you said there would be no mote payments..after move out . My passcode was not active - i made sure to check . Im leaving message and get no response.
