My experience with the Cubesmart on Manatee Avenue in bradenton has been nothing but excellent since we have been renting here. Always clean. Always friendly. Always helpful. Not too expensive.

Easy accès to the storage any time, good service at the desk

The place was generally clean - a few cockroaches here and there, but it's Florida. Management was good - the primary reason I'm leaving is that the price went from $76 per month to $207 over time. Also, during the hurricanes the facility gate was locked for days, meaning we could not access tools and things we needed desperately. All other storage facilities left their gates open.
