The place was generally clean - a few cockroaches here and there, but it's Florida. Management was good - the primary reason I'm leaving is that the price went from $76 per month to $207 over time. Also, during the hurricanes the facility gate was locked for days, meaning we could not access tools and things we needed desperately. All other storage facilities left their gates open.

Very accommodating and friendly

Don’t like the way pricing goes up. Started at <$80, more than doubled in two years. Grotesque! New customers are getting same unit for $53, I was paying $160.I’ll play the game and move back and forth with your competition
