Very hard to reach office staff to tour, reserve, and close-out your rental unit. There should be more communication between customer service and renters.

Clean and great location

Excellent customer service and excellent facility,

Not enough carts/I have seen only 2 carts. Poor lighting inside the rented storage container

First time use, so not long enough time to give a proper evaluation.

My rent was constantly going up every 6 months. I started from $120 to $200. As a consumer this was a very misleading & unsatisfactory experience. The doors at this facility were always broken, resulting in having to enter through doors far from my storage unit. There are no trash cans on the site which makes no sense. And all of my items now have a weird odor, & dust & dirt ruined some of my furniture items.The only good thing I can say about cube smart, is that the reminder notifications were helpful…at times.

CubeSmart was clean, easy to access as needed.
