The doors to enter the facility were constantly broken, forcing everyone to use the same entrance, which for me was the furthest from my container. Over the course of 1 yr, the middle and door closest only worked 25% of my visits. Other than the constant entrance doors being broken, Great facility, always clean and felt safe.

Attendants were very helpful and polite and the facility was very clean.

Everyone was kind and courteous. Every request was handled with professional care.

The lady in the office was super friendly super nice. I’m very knowledgeable.. She made me feel right at home and very confident about my choice.

I would have rated a 10 but I took a point away because the unit was too small and had to rent a second unit. I’ love this place.

My experience was easy from start to finish! The staff were amazingly helpful. The only hiccup was not being able to access the website to view the prices of the units. Bree at my location was easy to talk to and answered all my questions.

The prices are very high compared to other storage options in the area. Also, the administrative fees for the first month is a total scam to recover the first month's rent despite advertising "Free first month!". This way of fooling customers will not take you very far. Your access hours are also not very convinent. A customer should be able to access their locker whenever needed instead of only within a certain time period.
