The lady in the office was super friendly super nice. I’m very knowledgeable.. She made me feel right at home and very confident about my choice.

I would have rated a 10 but I took a point away because the unit was too small and had to rent a second unit. I’ love this place.

My experience was easy from start to finish! The staff were amazingly helpful. The only hiccup was not being able to access the website to view the prices of the units. Bree at my location was easy to talk to and answered all my questions.

The prices are very high compared to other storage options in the area. Also, the administrative fees for the first month is a total scam to recover the first month's rent despite advertising "Free first month!". This way of fooling customers will not take you very far. Your access hours are also not very convinent. A customer should be able to access their locker whenever needed instead of only within a certain time period.

The admin fees of $29 are too high. It defeats the purpose of giving the first month free. You advertise the first month free, then recover that amount in the name of one-time admin fees. This is a scam.

Because I was experiencing a very difficult time financially at one point almost losing my things and the office, didnt work with me at all! I was told that others were assisted through that time, just not me! Also the monthly amount is constantly changing and increasing.
