Very clean units. For me very easy to get to.

Still have units with you but your prices are way to high for people that stay for years and you keep on raising them! compared to people off the street there rates are super low. Not sure why you don’t take care of your loyal customers? Was paying almost $700 A month for 2 trucks to park but people off the street and new people pay$100-150 per spot make that make sense please

I was very happy with the customer service however, I thought the unit was kind of dirty and I had an end unit and it looked like he got hit by something and some of my items in the unit did break fell off the other boxes

I was pleased with the staff. One of my concerns is the amount of moisture that enters the units. I know these are merely enjoined sheds with corrugated roofs, but it would seem to be a good investment to mitigate moisture from the concrete sweating inside the units. Maybe a fan or duct system on top of a block that blows into each unit. I had to deal with mildew on my items.

Rate change was sent after 3 months, which is predatory, no employee was willing to waive a $20 late charge at a time when gas is $5 per gallon and grocery prices are through the roof. If I didn’t have to pay exorbitantly for those items I would have had money to pay my storage unit rent.
