It seems a scam that prices increase so much and so quickly. I could not afford the recent increase and it’s the only reason I left the unit

Friendly staff

The service was fine and the people were nice, but I objected to the insurance addition to the charge. It seemed like a money grab that I was not informed about until the last minute, when I had no choice. I ended up with a monthly bill of about $200, which meant I looked for an alternative which I found.

The contact person was professional and polite. I was not happy to see the rate increase. i do need winter storage for my vehicle, so I most likely be back again in late fall.

I would have stayed longer but my rate was raised after only three months.

Wish I could have climate control unit. Overall I am satisfied bc of location and really good customer service on the site .

Excellent customer service

The facility was great but pricing went up from $209.98 in June 2025 to $280.81 in October 2025. That was a substantial increase!Also, you can no longer pay ACH so if you use credit card, add another $9 now making monthly payment $289.81.
