Overall I have no complaints. Only once when I could not locate the new pass code I did not receive a lot of help from the person at the desk. The storage unit was for my(82 year old) parents and I was managing it. I would recommend for the future possibly 2 email addresses on file; this way when there is a change in pass code or some other important notification there would be a way to access it. Sometimes emails are deleted in error.

I have been a CubeSmart customer for almost 2 years. Your staff has always been attentive and friendly. The main issue I have with CubeSmart is your pricing model and the condition of the unit. First, my rates doubled from $130 to over $230 in that short period of time, for which I think is ludicrous. I can understand if you raised rates due to a renovation where the space was improved, but that is not the case. My unit had water damage that seeped from above ( possibly the unit next door) which caused mold to grow on my items being stored. Changing to a different unit was never recommended or offered. Over all this was not a great experience, so I would not in good conscious recommend your storage facility.

Mike at the Branford CT location has been great to work with. He's helped me quickly and efficiently to meet my storage needs.

Staff is welcoming and helpful, taking extra care to orient me to the facility and processes. The facility is conveniently located to I95 exit and is well attended.

Very easy to rent, reasonable fee. They were very generous to our church in our hour of need. Clean units, easy to access.

When I moved out; water was in the unit, ruined a few things and mold (and mice). Also the amount of money went up a lot each year - a lot more than $50($85 +).

Good management, easy access. Just a little more than I wanted to spend but still went with them because of the ease of use and location.
