Unit is banged up. A lot of hidden fees

Great facilities.

Both Ryan and Len were very helpful with some company difficulties we had in the last month or so. Changing authorized person for the storage unit, assisting with receiving, keeping and later giving the keys to a delivery person to clear the storage, and taking care of closing our account.

It was easy no problem at all. The snow still in front of the door to the unit wasn't the best but we made it work. It would have been much nicer to have the snow cleaned off the step up into the unit. The price is a bit high as well. Not sure how long we will keep it due to the price.

Clean, convenient, professional!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The site and space great. I did find that their was either a leak or condensation dripping in the day I moved out.
