Facility is nice and I always felt safe. My only issue was with the rate increases. Not one a year - several.

It's a very clean facility and the staff has always been very helpful to us when we had a need or concerns came up. Never had an issue with our unit.

Staff at the location have been excellent. Always seeking to help if possible.My only negative is that we are charged a monthly fee for insurance coverage and when the flood happened in the basement we lost a number of things and the insurance did not cover a dime. I was very disappointed with that.
