To start off the first day I arrived I personally called your manager and thanked him for cutting open the lock package. I rent from one of your competitor and they don’t do that. Numerous times I have been in my unit (at the other facility) and have been asked for help from other tenants who just got there and can’t access their unit because tags they can’t get off or lock packages they can’t open. Very nice touch to my welcoming, along with follow up call after my online rental from local manager.

Establishing service was quick and easy. Property manager was very professional and helpful in providing details of rental unit and showing the unit.
