Very very expensive for the what you receive in the bad weather could not get into the space nor get close enough to open the door to my unit. Unit was unavailable for me to enter for almost 2 weeks. Space is outdated. Unit was rusty. Wind blew dirt and debris through the door. Overall very disappointed and a waste of money

To CubeSmart Management,I am canceling my unit and closing my account for one reason: you raised my monthly rate by 33% only three months after move-in.Yes, I understand your agreement allows rent increases with notice and that the initial rate is labeled introductory. But a 33% jump this early is excessive and feels like bait-and-switch pricing. It destroys trust, and it is not how you build long-term customer relationships.To be explicit:Why I left CubeSmart:I left because a 33% increase after only three months is unreasonable and unacceptable.Impact on your local reputation:I have several friends in this area who are actively looking for storage. I will be advising all of them to avoid CubeSmart based on this experience.I already moved out:I moved my belongings to another storage company. This was supposed to be a long-term arrangement with CubeSmart, but your rate hike changed the economics completely. Overall, the facility isn't terrible, though I did have to install my own mouse traps after finding droppings and chew damage. But the constant rate hikes is ridiculous. I actually bought a 2nd home out of state and that was cheaper month by month then the rate you jacked me up to.

No issue with the place. Cost was start to get higher but we left because we move our items to another house.
