The unit and facility was very clean and new. The process to set-up our contract was very easy and "hands-free" and we were able to do it all online without having to go into an office or speak to a representative. Even with "hands free" process, I received multiple proactive phone calls from staff to make sure we were all set-up. They even beat me to the phone call to close out our contract when it was time to leave. Great customer service!

I liked that it is climate-controlled.Convenient to where I lived and where I was moving to.I especially like that it is drive-in, due to inclement weather, at times.Lastly, it's elevators, which, of course, would be pretty hard to go to the 3rd floorlol

I worked with Jen a few years ago when I originally started renting at this location, bought boxes, etc. and Jen was always amazing to work with. It's pretty simple to rent here and I was always happy access was so easy.

GM ran over belongings, didn't identify as the GM, scoffed, made a veiled threat that higher ups wouldn't like the way I was staging in the unloading area did nothing further. I complained. The DM responded to the complaint by offering nothing, relying on other people whether my things were damaged, they were, offered $20 off of one month, chuckled when I said the small amount that was damaged, didn't ask what was damaged, and later said, "Now I'm chuckling," and hung up.The GM later approached me. Told me I was loitering. I corrected her not to be rude but defensively because I'm homeless and pay for the place. She looked up loitering and was wrong. Told me it's against the lease, it's not in the lease, called rhe DM instead of looking at the lease, he said section k, I said it's not in there, but just tell me what the rules are and I'll follow them. I don't mind at all. I'm not trying to cause any problems. She left and came back with a termination of lease notice and told me I had to be out by the date on the form which was 12days earlier than I had paid up to. I told her I was willing to follow any rules, I had never been talked to before, and she interrupted me to ask if the fire trucks and ambulances someone had been calling on me in their parking lot and the grocery store next door rushing up asking me if I'm ok, never told me I was lingering too long... I had made a complaint that someone seemingly from the storage on me and requested it to stop to stop wasting emergency services time. She said she could call as much as she wanted but no she had never called although she knew something only the caller would know. She then told me to pack up and leave and that she was calling the cops!Turns out she may not have been authorized to essentially evict me but insinuated it. As I'm homeless and pretty worried about everything in general I lost over two weeks of regular usage of the storage space. I thought the building and convenience was great. I'm
