I would have given a 10 because Cheryl was awesome to work with, but I tried to call back the next day to ask a question and got some foreign voice who kept me on the phone but couldn’t answer my question about the Brighton, Mi location. It’s like the local phone numbers are a secret. That worries me.

Cement floor leaves dust all over items that get set on the floor and the roller doors do not operate very well. Would have rated lower if it wasn't for the staff in the front office as they were very helpful and friendly.

Clean temp controlled storage.

Very easy to find and secure a spot. I like the drive up feature whether you are on the 1st floor or not. Plus, plenty of carts there to help move your items from vehicle to storage. Being climate controlled is also a big bonus.
