Good unit, friendly staff easy to access.

The check in was reasonably easy. Christina was struggling a bit on the computer ,but she was patient and kind with me. I visited twice but the phone number to call staff was not visible at the door. Apparently staff was on site but there is no way to know, so you just sit there. I left twice

Because I very pleasant with the customer service especially with Demetria, she is very professional.

It's a great location safe storage area is secure and clean and management is wonderful especially Demetrius took very good care of me and the price was excellent

I would rate higher but the lack of getting to speak with store manager or find a way online or on the phone to talk with someone was troubling but the service the unit and staff is perfect polite and explained the ins and outs of the place and explained the plans to offer

I am very pleased with the service I received.
