all employess are extremely nice and we were happy there for 5 yrs except the price is way too high.being on social security it's hard to afford 266.00 a month and going higher..other than that which is a major factor all was great

My entire experience thru CubeSmart was one of the worst I’ve ever had at ANY storage facilities the lady who is the manager at the place “Demetrius” I’m not sure if that’s how u spell it but I’m sure it’s close was the “Rudest,disrespectful,Most Vile,RACIST Nasty,mean Person she had absolutely NO kind of Empathy,Compassion,Anything” I won’t even call her a Human being she doesn’t deserve that title because a human wouldn’t do an did all of the stuff this person had did to us while being there an also my father recently passed away an we had some hard times as u can imagine an just had our first child me an my wife an had a lot of medical problems an this lady had ABSOLUTELY NOT 1 Care in the World did NOT try to work with us in ANYWAY whatsoever,She has absolutely No sort of Respect at all she’s had a Million Complaints from this type of stuff to just about everything all over Google an plenty of people have called Corporate which I’ve done also and reported her Numerous times to her higher ups and She STILL has a job as being the manager she should NOT have ANY job in ESPECIALLY customer service let alone being ANY sort of manager” an it’s ALL well documented just go on google alone an you’ll see all the reviews on her alone!I hope they fire her because she does NOT deserve to Not only work with people but she has ABSOLUTELY NO Business being ANY sort of manager I’ve met a lot of bad people in my life but she was one of the Worst and she STILL has a job after all of the “Same type of complaints from HUNDREDS of people an customers” so this isn’t a “1 customer review” if this was the Old days an Not how the Political climate is today if this was 5yrs or so ago when businesses actually cared about how their customers are treated this lady would have been “Fired Immediately” but of course since America is where we’re at today things like this just get swept under the rug an people an businesses do NOT care about anything anymore except “Money an Power” except the crazy thing is the “ONLY way businesses can run is with Customers like myself bringing in money for their business to be able to be a business” yet they STILL DO NOT CARE it’s literally insane an disgusting on every level it really is an I’m sure Absolutely NOTHING will be done about this situation either unfortunately but I’m the only millionth customer who have reported this lady but regardless I like probably hundreds or more customers will NEVER be back to a horrific horrible company like this Ever the heck again!Please TAKE UR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!

Rep Demetria was extremely Un professional… when I explained to her that I was moving out early because the access to the gate didn’t work two separate times as it was a inconvenience she didn’t care at all nor understood customer.

Great place & staff. Pricing is good & the units being gated is a plus too.
