Very modern system. I like the phone app.........very useful. Demetrias was wonderful. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Storage unit was clean as well as the entire property.

My unit was clean and try. It was perfect for what I needed to store. Durning the winter the driveway was poorly maintained. It was icy many days and water from the roof drained out from the gutter right next to my unit.

We have yet to receive the payment that we overpaid.

Although this is a good storage unit, my personal problem is that our church needed a bigger unit and when I asked about getting a bigger unit, the price was way more than the quote on the website. The website price for a 10 x 10 was around $130 but because I was considered a customer, the cost was about $245 . So they would not give it to me for the $130. Our business needs a storage unit for long-term and of course I’m going to try to get the best price. So I took my business somewhere else for a 10 x 10 for the price of $130. I understand that this business has certain rules like any other business, but in my opinion I think that if if you want to keep your customers the best thing for you all to do is let the customer get it for the cheaper price. So once again, I had to get a unit and go to a place that met my financial need.

Available indoor option when we needed it. We still have another unit there.

The cube smart self storage unit was always easy to access, very secure, and easily accessible. I would highly recommend them.
