The employee on staff, Sara, was extremely helpful and accomodating. As I was going through a very abrupt move and dealing with a lot of general chaos during that time, it was helpful beyond words. The unit was also perfect for my needs, and doing the rental online was painless. It took my difficult situation and simplified it tenfold.

Signup was somewhat complicated. Closing was verbally communicated at the office but didn’t happen until I called back several days later.

Honestly I used this facility because it was a mile from my house, but after using it, I’m willing to drive further for a different facility. In the beginning it was a good experience, but by the end, CubeSmart was expensive, unfriendly, not very responsive, the hours were too restrictive, the app was pretty bad, payments claimed there was no fee for bank transfers but there was still always a fee, overall it was just a bad experience. Sarah (who worked at the site) was delightful and tried to be helpful, but every other element of CubeSmart was really quite poor.
